I saw the Flash CS3 Professional Advanced for Windows and Macintosh: Visual QuickPro Guide book at the class. Is it helpful? What is it like? Does it cover actionscript as well?

It's pretty basic stuff how-to's etc. Does have actionscripts for all the routine things, but doesn't go heavy into object oriented programmming
