Lots of Flash projects for various companies around Denver and Seattle. Adobe Certified Instructor for Flash and Captivate.
Experience as Designer?
I'm a horrible designer. Ask me for a design and you get a box with rounded edges and a gradient fill. And that's the 'deluxe' box.
What's the one thing Developers or Designers could do to make the other's job easier?
Spend time up-front communicating and planning before building.
