Profile Information

Experience as Developer?
7 years and counting as an independent contractor for Flash and general web projects. I was up to date with AS3, but these last many month I have needed to develop in AS2 for delivery reasons.
Experience as Designer?
Same 7 years as a developer. I work in both 2D and 3D.
What's the one thing Developers or Designers could do to make the other's job easier?
Dabble in the other field so they have a sense of how to communicate with each other...an understanding of the others position.
